SKYPE LESSONS

All lessons are paid for in full at the point of booking.

All bookings are confirmed by email.

A lesson may be cancelled by mmckmusic.com at any time. In this extremely unlikely event every effort will be made to provide appropriate rescheduling, however, if no suitable alternate time can be arranged lesson payment will be refunded. Note, mmckmusic.com can refund only the full amount it has received, which will exclude all 3rd party fees or charges incurred by the student in the transfer of funds to mmckmusic.com. Additionally, the refunded amount received by the student will exclude all 3rd party fees or charges incurred by mmckmusic.com in the transfer of funds to the student.

Bookings may be cancelled by the student no later than 48 hours prior to the agreed lesson time. All student cancellations made before to this deadline will be refunded in accordance with the ‘Terms of Use’ outlined above.

Unfortunately, student cancellations and associated refunds cannot be considered after the 48 hour student cancellation deadline has expired.

Whilst mmckmusic.com will make every reasonable effort to help the student develop their skills and knowledge, mmckmusic.com will not be liable for any perceived lack of instrumental or musical progress on the part of the student.
