Sonny Stitt – ‘Taking a Chance on Love’ Transcription
Featured on Stitt’s first release (‘Sonny Stitt/Bud Powell/J.J. Johnson‘), I originally tackled this solo as an undergraduate at Berklee. Recently happening upon the recording, I was curious to refamiliarise myself with its succinct study in bebop language.
